H2-series and P2S: incomplete archives when printing from Bambu Studio

If you own an H2C, H2D or P2S and your archived prints show a name and
timing but no thumbnail, filament usage or cost, here is what is
happening and what to do about it.

Bambuddy reads a print's 3MF off the printer over FTP on port 990. On
every Bambu model that port serves external storage only - the SD card
or USB stick. It is not a view of the printer's whole filesystem.

Bambu Studio's Print button sends sliced files to the printer's internal
memory on the newer generation, so there is no file on the card for
Bambuddy to read. Measured with the same Studio, the same model file and
three printers a minute apart, all with a stick inserted and "Store sent
files on external storage" enabled:

H2C -> brtc://emmc/<name> archive: name and timing only
H2D -> brtc://emmc/<name> archive: name and timing only
X1C -> ftp://<name> archive: complete

The printer-side toggle does not influence this in either direction. I
also verified the reverse: turning it off changed nothing.

What works

1. Start the print from Bambuddy. It uploads to the card itself, so the
   archive is complete on every model.
2. Slice in OrcaSlicer. It always uploads over FTP. It will refuse to
   send with an empty slot rather than silently using internal memory.
3. Stay in Bambu Studio: use Send with External selected, then start the
   print from the printer screen, from Handy, or from Studio's device
   page. The storage picker exists only in Send; Print offers no choice.

All three need a card or stick in the printer. X1 and P1 series are
unaffected - Studio already uses external storage there.

Can the internal copy be recovered?

No. The printer will list what is in its internal storage but refuses to
serve those files back, so a print already sent there cannot be archived
after the fact.

One bug of mine, fixed in the next daily

Starting a print from a file already on the printer - a reprint from the
touchscreen, from Handy, or the Send-then-print flow above - was being
treated as internal storage since 14 August, so Bambuddy stopped looking
even when the file was sitting on the card. That affected every model.
If you have seen empty archives on an X1 or P1 in the last few days,
this was the cause.
