Problem Installing on Linux Machine

Hi There
So i wanted to install Bambuddy on my machine and used the command provided.
Yet i get the error that the Docker Deamon is not running, yet i checked and it should run as the dockerd command shows.

Any ideas?!

Mhhh...never saw that before. Restart Docker and check your logs for errors.

You are checking the wrong service.

systemctl status docker.s
docker.service docker.socket

doocker.service is the right one.

Then I dont understand, are there different versions of docker?
I used the install guide at https://docs.docker.com/engine/install/ubuntu/ and checked that it is running.
Do i miss something here? If i do it the manual way (pre built image) it just works...
Sorry for this basic question as this is the first time i am running into problems with docker.

Just do

sudo systemctl enable --now docker.service && sudo systemctl status docker.service

Still doesnt work.
But I got it working via "manual" mode. Here it just worked.
Pulled the image and fired up the container. 🤪
